Job Description

Our client, a family run leader in automotive accessories is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to organize and create an efficient and safe warehouse.

What we Offer:

$24 - $27 per hour.

Monday - Friday Day shift

What you’ll be doing:

Prepare orders for outbound shipping, ensuring goods are securely and accurately packaged, tagged and staged
Communicate details internally, to freight, customs brokers as required
Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
Identify all items (specific order or shop stock) and label accordingly
Maintain internal, manual or computerized record-keeping systems
Picking and packaging of goods required between locations, ensuring all items are accounted
Load and unload all outgoing and incoming inventory
Perform regular (daily/weekly) cycle counts and follow reporting procedures, including counts at scheduled points throughout the year
Maintain accurate inventory records and keep a clean work space
Safely operate forklift, pallet jacks and company vehicles
Other tasks and duties as assigned by Management Qualifications

Who you are:

You have previous experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to individually lift and move up to 50lbs, Ability to team lift and move up to 100lbs
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, other programs with training as required)
