Job Description

We're seeking multiple Medical Device Assemblers to join our client, one of Canada's largest medical supply manufacturing companies, in Gananoque. They've been manufacturing medical products for over 115 years. As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll report to the Team Lead and play a crucial role in increasing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:

Shift/Type: Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, rotating shifts. (Days, lates & nights)
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Program once hired full-time.
Salary: $19.00/hour plus shift premium for lates and nights (Lates $1, nights $1.50)
Weekly pay.
Opportunities for growth and advancement, strong potential for conversion to permanent staff.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and complete assembly orders, packaging all orders into small pouches.
Perform quality inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Report any errors.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to lift 20 lbs.
High school degree or equivalent experience.
Must have good attention to detail.
A clean criminal record.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work various shifts.
Able to stand and sit for extended periods.
