What You’ll Do:

Lead the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, with a focus on bridge, concrete, and structural infrastructure.
Coordinate project planning, execution, and close-out while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Oversee safety and risk management plans in collaboration with internal safety teams.
Manage project documentation, cost tracking, and schedule updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum and resolve issues proactively.
Identify and manage change orders, claims, and dispute documentation.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that values communication, initiative, and integrity.

What We’re Looking for:

5+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on bridge, concrete, and structural construction.
Proven ability to lead projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Solid understanding of construction lifecycles, contract management, and change order processes.
Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.
A collaborative, team-first attitude and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
