Job Description

We're seeking a Red Seal Mechanic to join our client's team in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.

What We Offer:

Salary: $30-$40/hr
Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Permanent, Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm, paid lunch hours

What You'll Do:

Install, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
Maintain detailed records of machine setups and maintenance activities.
Inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues or safety concerns.

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
3 years of experience as a setup mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must possess a Red Seal certification, MVI license, and a valid driver's license.
Must have a clean criminal record.
Knowledge of ALLDATA software is recommended.
