Job Description

We're seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Hamilton for on-call, short-term, and long-term assignments.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist all patients.
Enter patient information into the system using medical terminology.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is received in a timely manner.
Answer telephones and book appointments.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
Medical terminology.
Experience with MS Suite.
Must have a clean criminal record.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Must have professional and ethical behaviour.
